Start with the agency workflow you need to preserve

Searching for a PropSpace alternative should begin with the work your Dubai agency cannot afford to lose: a property linked to the right owner, an enquiry assigned to an agent, and a follow-up that remains visible. A polished demo does not show whether your records will survive a change of system. Before comparing proposals, ask each supplier to demonstrate a small, agreed data sample and document the exceptions.

Separate documented facts from supplier promises

As checked on 17 October 2026, PropSpace's official onboarding guide describes importing properties, leads, contacts and deals, subject to templates and verification. That describes migration into PropSpace; it is not a guarantee about exporting your account or moving into another product. Request the available export format and scope from your current provider. Devzonia's public site presents digital development services, but this article does not establish a ready-made replacement with feature parity. Treat any proposed Devzonia solution as a scoped project requiring demonstration and acceptance.

Build a small trial with deliberate exceptions

Prepare ten fictional contacts, three fictional properties and four enquiries. Include one contact with an Arabic name, two records sharing a telephone number, a property without a confirmed price, and an enquiry without an assigned agent. Mark all records as test data and keep them out of public listings. Agree which records should remain separate; a shared number alone does not justify merging two people. Keep a read-only copy of the original sample so that you can compare the result.

Use an evidence sheet, not a feature score alone

Check Evidence to request Acceptance condition
Identity and language Source and imported records side by side Arabic names remain readable and distinct people remain separate
Relationships Open a property, owner and linked enquiry References resolve to the intended records
Unknown values Inspect the missing-price record No fabricated price or false availability is introduced
Follow-up Open the unassigned enquiry queue The exception remains visible with a named person responsible for resolving it
Exit and recovery Demonstrate an agreed export and restoration exercise The agency can inspect usable records and understands the recovery limits

Price the change of system, not only the subscription

Ask for a written breakdown of data preparation, implementation, training, support, integrations and ongoing charges. Record exclusions and who owns each task. Compare the same agreed scope across proposals; a lower headline amount is not evidence of a cheaper complete migration. This guide does not quote PropSpace prices, promise savings or recommend cancelling a working service before a replacement is proven.

Make a controlled go-live decision

Appoint an agency reviewer and record each failed check with its owner and retest date. Agree the handover window, how new enquiries will be handled during the change, and the conditions for postponing launch. Confirm any portal changes with the relevant providers before execution. Take your test sheet to Devzonia to discuss a development scope and ask for evidence against each requirement. Keep the existing workflow available until the agreed replacement checks pass.
